Kelly checks into rehab.
The 24-year-old daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne is reported to have checked into an unnamed center in Los Angeles for 30 days.
Her reps say in a statement to PEOPLE, "Kelly Osbourne has voluntarily entered a medical facility to address some personal issues. Her family stands by and supports her."
No further details were provided.
Late Thursday, Osbourne's mother Sharon was quoted on RadarOnline.com as saying, "Yeah, Kelly's in rehab. What else can we say? She knew that it was the right thing to do at this point and we're proud that she did it. The family is all standing behind her. Kelly knew that she needed help and she's getting it."
The matriarch added, "We just pray that everything's going to be okay."

No further articles or details will be posted on KOF, as we'd like to respect Kelly and the Osbourne's privacy during this time. Whatever Kelly may be going through, I wish her all the best, as well as the Osbourne's and hope for a speedy recovery.

8/16/08 - Kelly and Luke at the Virgin Mobile V Festival
UPDATE on what happened with Kelly
Osbourne voluntarily attended a central London police station earlier this month with her lawyer.
The Met said: "We can confirm a 24-year-old woman attended a central London police station by appointment on 2 January.
"She was arrested for common assault relating to an alleged incident in Soho in the early hours of August 29. She has been bailed until a date in March."

So basically, she was in and out within hours. The media is blowing this up into something that it's not because of the words "arrest" and "bail". She was there by appointment and went with her lawyer, it wasn't a formal arrest. It's not clear whether or not Zoe decided to suddenly press a charge, but it seems so as she has been blabbing to everyone and it's pretty clear she just wants the publicity, otherwise this would have remained private as I am sure Kelly wanted it to.

Osbourne family to return to TV-- reloaded
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Reach for the bleeper! The Osbournes are headed back for television.
The family of Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne, who shocked and delighted audiences for four years on their Emmy-award winning MTV reality show "The Osbournes", are up to no good again in a variety-style show featuring skits, impersonations, audience games -- and a liberal sprinkling of four-letter words.
There are even a pair of "mini-Osbournes" -- (British) child actors who dress, behave and talk as outrageously as Ozzy and wife Sharon themselves.
"We are letting them go as far as they can. They are raunchy and funny and also a warm, real family." Mike Darnell, president of alternative entertainment on the Fox network told reporters on Tuesday.
"It is family viewing. We might have a few old age pensioners being kissed, and stripping grandmas, but it is all good clean fun. There is nothing mean spirited about it." Darnell said.
"Osbournes Reloaded" features Sharon, Ozzy and children Jack and Kelly in candid-camera style skits, occasional pie-throwing, the odd performance by Ozzy, and appearances by the likes of Pamela Anderson.
The show is due to air on Fox later this Spring, an exact date has not been set. And so far, not even the family can quite agree on what type of program it will be.
"The word 'variety' frightens us. No disrespect to other variety shows of the past. It's just not what we do. We're not going to be Sonny and Cher-ing it," Kelly Osbourne said.
Only six episodes have been shot. Producers said they would wait and see how the show was received before making any more. Or as Kelly Osbourne put it -- "We're in a recession."
Asked why he had agreed to do the new show, Ozzy answered; "I'm willing to try anything once...We are a very dysfunctional family, doing a very dysfunctional show."
As for how he had changed since doing "The Osbournes" ended in 2006, he replied: "I put a new suit on this morning"
SourceSharon Osbourne hears praise for standing up for "our Ozzy," and the family unveils new Fox show
LOS ANGELES -- What has Sharon Osbourne heard from the public since she poured liquid over a young woman -- on television -- for dissing Ozzy?
I asked at a news conference Tuesday afternoon. She said she heard words of encouragement from an immigration officer on re-entering the United States. The man told her that he and his wife supported her action in standing up for "our Ozzy." Sharon says the public feels that way about her rocker-spouse.
"Wish they'd adored me when I was piss-drunk," Ozzy chimed in.
The Osbournes met TV critics to promote "Osbournes: Reloaded," their new series for Fox to debut in the spring. Sharon had to translate many questions for Ozzy. "He can't hear. Mom has to repeat the questions," Kelly said.
Yet Ozzy sometimes started without Sharon's help. "He has selective hearing," Sharon said.
Sharon also revealed her deep love for television. "I'm such a TV whore. I go on any show," she said.
Sharon also staunchly defended "The Osbournes," the family's reality show for MTV.
"I feel proud we were first," Sharon said. "We were the best."
And what about everything that followed them?
"Everything else was crap apart from us," she said.
Ozzy's take? "It was edited very well."
The new Fox show has been described as variety. But Kelly took exception with that term. "We're not going to be Sonny-and-Chering it," she said.
"Osbournes: Reloaded" features games, audience participation, some guest stars and some of Ozzy singing.
"It's fun raunch. Nothing offensive," said Mike Darnell, president of alternative entertainment at Fox Broadcasting.
Sharon said Darnell "will let us do anything."
The kids proved they were comedians.
Why were only six episodes ordered?
"We're in a recession," Kelly said.
Why is this the right time for "Osbournes: Reloaded"?
"Because the world is ending," Jack said.
I imagine since the show will debut in the spring, in the up coming months there will be lots of heavy promotion. I hope Kelly will appear on some shows! Pictures of the TCA 2009 Winter Tour coming soon!
