The daughter of rocker legend OZZY even admits the nuptials bring back memories of her rebellious teen years when she went all out to irritate her parents.
Chatting backstage at this weekend's V Festival, Kelly told Virgin Radio: "It’s all a bit sad to be honest with you.
"I don’t really, you know, if she loves him then good for her but if it was done for attention it’s a bit sad."
She added: "I did stuff like that when I was nineteen as well, like get a tattoo because it pi**ed my mum off.
"It’s just a great big cry for help and if anything people need to stop talking about her badly and you know, maybe all she needs is a hug."
Peaches wed US rocker Max in a super quick ceremony in Las Vegas two weeks ago.
Sister PIXIE has already admitted the wedding might have been prompted by depression.
